Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund of a challenge purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Email hello@5daymoneychallenges.com from the address on your account, telling us which challenge you bought. You do not need to give a reason. You can also contact Paddle directly, as our Merchant of Record.

When a refund is processed, lifetime access to that challenge ends and any progress on it stops being available. Free challenges and any other challenges you have bought are unaffected.

There is no subscription to cancel. Challenges are one-time purchases, so nothing renews and you will never be billed again for a challenge you already own. You can stop or restart a challenge at any time inside the app.

We may decline a refund where a purchase is fraudulent or where the service has been abused, for example bulk purchasing for redistribution. Your statutory rights, including any consumer right of withdrawal, always apply in addition to this policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all customer service inquiries relating to payments, invoices and refunds.
